In order to get the most out of your membership and learn everything you can to make your life better and more enjoyable we have a few tips for setting up your study area and environment:

Approach to study – Many people procrastinate when they know then need to study, viewing it as a necessary and boring task. The more you take this attitude the less you will be able to concentrate, keep in mind that what you are about to learn has the potential to change your life and think positively instead

Study area – Set aside a quiet place in the house, where you will be left alone to read and take in everything that you need to, avoid having any distractions including radio’s and TV’s so that you can give your complete attention to what you are reading.

Study Environment – Make sure that you are comfortable, choose your favourite chair, spot on the sofa or bed to make sure that you are not distracted by being uncomfortable.

Have everything you need – When you are about to start a study session, make sure you have everything you need with you, and don’t bring the things you don’t, as these extra items are likely to cause distractions.

Time – Set a time for your study sessions, and stick to them, also only study for a certain amount of time, often if we do too much we do not retain the important information as our brains switch off.

Although we do not want you to feel any pressure to complete the course in a specific time frame, we do want to make sure that you get everything you can out of it so that you can go on to be financially comfortable and enjoy life feeling healthy and without money worries.
